RULES

 

The #ThisIsBuffaloCity Photo Competition is administered by Buffalo City Tourism and all decision regarding prizes, both merit prizes and random spot prizes, are at the sole discretion of competition administrators. No submissions will be accepted once the deadline has lapsed.
The competition closes at 5pm on 31 October 2019. 
The judges’ decisions are final. Buffalo City Tourism reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains.
Entries can only be submitted via the official contest channels (our official Facebook page, website and the dedicated competition email account).
Prizes must be collected by the winners in person, who must be able to show positive identification (ID, driver's licence, etc.).
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after [three] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted may be used by Buffalo City Tourism to further publicise the competition and to showcase our magnificent Metro.
